Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone Scholarship

The Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone Scholarship awards two (2) scholarships in the amount of $500 each to graduating seniors from the Goshen, Middletown, and Pine Bush school districts who are interested in pursuing a career in law.

This scholarship supports well-rounded students who have demonstrated academic achievement and engagement beyond the classroom through extracurricular activities, community service, or work experience.

Eligibility & Application Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a graduating senior from the Goshen, Middletown, or Pine Bush school district
• Have a minimum high school GPA of 3.3
• Demonstrate an interest in pursuing a legal career

Consideration will be given to students who demonstrate well-rounded involvement through:

• Participation in sports or school clubs
• Community service
• Employment outside of school

Participation in mock trial is a plus, but not required.

Applications are submitted through the Community Foundation of Orange, Sullivan & Rockland’s online scholarship portal as part of the annual universal scholarship cycle.
