The Devin Michael Housman Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to one graduating student from a high school in Orange County and one graduating student from a high school in Sullivan County. Both students will have special education classifications (IEPs) and will be pursuing careers in the arts. The students will also have displayed kindness to others.
The Devin Michael Housman Memorial Scholarship provides scholarship support to graduating high school seniors from Orange County and Sullivan County who demonstrate artistic ability, creativity, resilience, and kindness toward others. This scholarship honors the memory of Devin Michael Housman by supporting students whose educational journeys required perseverance and meaningful support, and who have developed empathy and character as a result.
The scholarship is intended for students with a deep passion for the arts—including fashion design, drawing, animation, and the performing arts—who aspire to pursue an artistic career and use their creativity to make a positive impact in the world.
