Earle and Elizabeth Wilde- Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County Scholarship Fund

This scholarship will be awarded annually to graduating High School seniors from the Sullivan County area, (Monticello, Roscoe, Sullivan West, Tri-Valley, Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County, Eldred, Fallsburg, Liberty, Livingston Manor) who will continue their education in an agricultural related field at either of the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill or Morrisville. 


Earle and Elizabeth Wilde Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County Scholarship

The Earle and Elizabeth Wilde Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County Scholarship awards two (2) scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each to graduating high school seniors from Sullivan County who are pursuing an agricultural-related field of study. This scholarship supports students continuing their education at the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill or Morrisville.

Eligibility & Application Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be a resident of Sullivan County and a graduating senior from a Sullivan County high school
  • Plan to pursue an agricultural-related field of study at SUNY Cobleskill or SUNY Morrisville
  • Preference is given to students whose family is actively engaged in agriculture
  • Consideration is given to students involved in FFA, 4-H, or other agricultural youth programs
  • Submit an essay of no less than 500 words addressing financial need, goals, background, academic performance, extracurricular activities, and community service
  • Submit one (1) letter of recommendation

Students must create a profile in the CFOSR Scholarship Portal to view and apply for scholarship opportunities connected to this fund. Once logged in, applicants will be able to access the Universal Scholarship Application and submit all required materials.
